Job Overview:

The Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Technical Operations Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and support of the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform.

This role involves managing system operations, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:


  • System Administration: Configure and maintain Oracle Field Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the OFS platform.


  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for OFS-related issues and incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with Oracle support and internal IT teams.


  • System Optimization: Analyze and optimize OFS configurations and workflows to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Implement and manage system updates, patches, and upgrades.


  • Integration and Customization: Assist in the integration of OFS with other business systems and applications.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions and workflows to address specific business needs.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on OFS functionalities and best practices.


  • Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to implement new features, enhancements, and system upgrades.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of OFS-related initiatives.


  • Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Experience: Proven experience working with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) or similar field service management platforms. Experience in system administration, configuration, and support. Strong understanding of field service operations and business processes.


  • Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration and administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Certifications (Preferred):Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification or similar relevant certifications.
